anarchist critique of and resistance against power must be fragmenting. the inherent fragmentarity of power relations – which always exists in spite of powers’ constant attempts to present itself as “natural” and therefore complete, without faults or gaps – must be emphasized and intensified. in order to isolate and disconnect those fragments – and the connections between them that (re-)produce power – from another, thus making power unable to function. the goal should not be to divide and conquer, but to divide and destroy.
